Make sure to eat before going grocery shopping. It’s a huge mistake to do your groceries when the stomach is already rumbling. Suddenly, those junk foods sitting in those shelves look three times more appetizing. Make sure to eat a good meal before entering the grocery store. It will save one the temptation of reaching for those oily chips.

Don’t deprive yourself of your favorite foods completely
This will help you stay motivated in keeping up with your dieting. You can have     that little piece of fudge cake once in a while, in controlled portions. Snack on     your favorite food once a week and stick to your healthy foods after that.     Depriving yourself means you will be sorely tempted to sneak out and eat sweets     later on. Go fresh
Try to avoid processed foods as much as possible and go for fresh foods instead. Processed foods are filled with preservatives, and these can make you gain weight. So remember this fast every time you go eat out at McDonald’s.
